BARBARA GRUEN | MRS. HERRERO | will soon be seen in the upcoming feature "Jake’s Closet". Other film credits include "Johnny Morran" in the lead role of Skinny Alice which was shown this year at The Edinburgh International Film Festival. She originated the role on stage and was an ADA Best Actress nominee.
She has appeared on "Desperate Housewives", "NYPD Blue", "Six Feet Under", "Gilmore Girls", "Days of Our Lives" and the films "Smoke" and "Jacob's Ladder".
Theatre highlights include "Johnny Boy" at Garry Marshall's Falcon Theatre in LA starring opposite Tony Danza, and "The Atheist in All of Us" creating the role of Madilyn Murray O'Hare written by Richard Vetere.
As a Member of Circle Rep in New York she created the role of Belva in Jim Leonard's "Gray's Anatomy". She has studied with Geraldine Page.
